Free Pick Up

We offer free pick up from our Sewing Gem Sunroom at 9 Godwin Street, Bulimba, Qld, 4171. Orders take 1-2 days to be processed and can be collected Monday - Friday during office hours. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. 

Shipping 

We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand using Australia Post. Depending on your total order size we will either ship by envelope or parcel. We strive to dispatch all orders within one or two working days of order placement and complete payment (unless otherwise notified on the site).  Where possible we will provide tracking details for orders and send you these details. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure a quick delivery, we do not take responsibility for Australia Post delivery schedules.

We also ship to New Zealand using Australia Post. Orders are shipped in international parcels and can take up to 6 business days to metro areas or longer to rural destinations.​

We sometimes run free shipping discounts or offer reduced or free shipping promotional vouchers. This is a discretionary benefit and may be removed at any time. Where free shipping is offered it applies to domestic Australia wide delivery addresses and uses Australia Post standard parcel post or envelope services.
